We are seeking a HORECA Sales Executive for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.

n

About the Role

n

HORECA Sales Executive responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new HoReCa clients, promoting the brand's product portfolio, and achieving sales targets while managing client relationships and internal coordination.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services).
n
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
n
- Build solid relationships with chefs, F&B; managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
n
- Promote the brands product portfolio (fresh/frozen/dry agri-exports) and introduce new SKUs.
n
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals.
n
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate and follow up on leads.
n
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve market share.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment,



logistics, and after-sales support.
n
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.
n
- Ensure timely collections and credit control in alignment with company policy.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- 1–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
n
- Must be fluent with both English and Kannada
n
- Must have prior exposure to HORECA / FMCG / B2B sales
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales goals under deadlines.
n
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
n
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client acquisition and meetings.
n
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
