The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh for an experienced accountant to own day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance. You will maintain the books end to end, keep our filings clean and on time. You will also conduct financial modelling as needed.

- Maintain books of accounts end to end — journal entries, ledgers, month-end close
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle reconciliations, including GSTR-2B
- Compute and deposit TDS, file quarterly returns, and issue certificates
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments,



and collections follow-up
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day cash flow
- Process payroll inputs and handle PF, ESI, and professional tax compliance
- Coordinate with our CA/auditor for statutory audits and tax filings
- Prepare financial reports, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed

Requirements

- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Working knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books, and robust MS Excel skills.
