Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain our digital product, features, benefits, and pricing.
Schedule and conduct basic product demos.
Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with the product and support teams whenever required.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/management team.

Candidate Requirements:

0–3 Years years of experience in IT sales,



telesales, telecalling, SaaS, or software sales .
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Valuable command of Hindi and English .
Basic understanding of software, SaaS, websites, or digital marketing.
Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
Prior experience selling digital products or SaaS will be an advantage.
