Responsibilities :

Years delivering contact centre or CCaaS implementations

- Experience with platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral or similar
- Strong understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
- Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and API design
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects
- Solid client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions

- REST APIs, Postman
- Middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)
- API orchestration and data transformation (JSON/XML)
- ETL/ELT pipelines for customer interaction data




- Authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways.
- JSON, XML, CSV, Kafka
- Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET
