Sales Officer - Beauty & Personal Care - Aurangabad- 3+ Years

We are looking for a Sales Officer with 3+ years of experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, or haircare industry. The role involves managing key customers, driving territory sales, collections and visibility, while coordinating with dealers and sales teams. Solid relationship management, negotiation, sales planning and market execution skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Managing key customers and monitoring BCs across the assigned territory while driving business, collections, visibility and market activities.

Meeting top clients regularly and negotiating business opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.

Achieving sales and collection targets through close coordination with the sales team, dealers and SS.

Driving brand visibility across salons and sales points while planning activities based on market and brand requirements.

Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis through assigned teams.

Implementing company schemes and promotional activities across the assigned territory.

Maintaining accurate sales and sales-point data for effective territory management.

Ensuring financial discipline across the assigned territory and sales channels.

Requirements

Having 3+ years of relevant sales experience.

Having experience in the salon, beauty, skincare or haircare industry.

Demonstrating strong territory sales and business development skills.

Having experience in key customer handling,



dealer coordination and collection management.

Demonstrating strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.

Having experience in primary and secondary sales planning and target achievement.

Being comfortable with field sales, market visits and visibility execution.

Holding a relevant graduate qualification.
