Projects Execution of 33/66/132/220/400kV transmission lines: Oversee daily field activities, including foundation casting, tower erection, conductor stringing, and sag management.  Project Management & Construction: Manage transmission line construction (including foundations, tower erection, and stringing) from conception to commissioning.  Understanding and application of basic project management tools and techniques including the following: project life cycle, client goals and objectives, contract terms and project risk, work breakdown structures, project scope/schedule/budget, project initiation, project planning, financial management and controls, including earned value, internal/external communication, team management, change management, and project closeout.  Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards (e.g., NESC, IEEE).  Contract & Budget Management: Handle project cost management, procurement, Material Reconciliation, and subcontractor management.  Right of Way (ROW) & Permitting: Coordinate with landowners,



local authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and manage ROW.  Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise construction teams or engineering teams to ensure project success.  Ability to track metrics, forecasts  Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholder.  Eventually supervise a local transmission team and provide oversight over workload, quality, utilization, team morale, training, and performing annual performance reviews of team members.  May also be responsible for overseeing non-engineering components of projects, including public involvement, environmental permitting, right of way acquisition, construction management, and other services.  Leads the QA/QC process on projects and is committed to delivering world class quality.  Performs client management, project management, staff supervision, and/or technical support activities.
