Job Summary:

n

The Admission Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end admission process, driving student enrollment targets, managing the admissions team, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective students and their families from inquiry to enrollment.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Plan, implement, and manage the annual admission strategy and enrollment targets
n
- Handle inquiries from prospective students/parents via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online forms; ensure timely follow-up and conversion
n
- Oversee the complete admission cycle — counseling, documentation, fee collection, and enrollment confirmation
n
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of admission counselors/executives
n
- Organize and participate in open houses, education fairs, school/college visits, and other outreach events
n
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan admission campaigns, digital promotions, and lead generation activities
n
- Maintain and analyze admission data/MIS reports (inquiry-to-admission ratio, source-wise conversion, etc.)
n
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory norms,



and accreditation requirements
n
- Address parent/student grievances related to admissions professionally and promptly
n
- Coordinate with academic departments for eligibility criteria, seat availability, and entrance test/interview processes
n
- Prepare and present periodic admission reports to senior management
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA preferred, especially in Marketing or Administration)
n
- 3–7 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
n
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
n
- Target-driven with proven sales/conversion track record
n
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Excel, and admission management software
n
- Leadership and team management ability
n
- Good understanding of the education sector and admission regulations
n
