Job Description

Atom is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead Consultant to join our Enterprise Transformation practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring broad functional expertise across the Oracle Cloud HCM suite and proven experience leading full-lifecycle implementations.

The consultant will lead HCM workstreams from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and functional workstreams.
n
- Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration reviews.
n
- Translate complex HR requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
n
- Provide hands-on functional leadership across the majority of HCM modules, including Core HR, Advantages, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Absence, Time and Labor, Payroll, Learning, and Journeys.
n
- Configure HCM modules and oversee configuration completed by other functional consultants.
n
- Manage and configure shared setups across Oracle HCM and cross-functional Oracle Cloud modules, including ERP, Financials, and Projects, ensuring alignment of enterprise-wide configuration, security, reference data, and business processes.

- Design and manage enterprise structures, workforce structures, legal employers, business units, jobs, grades, locations, and reference data sets.
n
- Partner with technical, integration, data, reporting, security, testing, and project-management teams.
n
- Lead testing, data migration, defect resolution, cutover, deployment,



and post-production support.
n
- Manage risks, dependencies, design decisions, scope, and client expectations.
n
- Mentor consultants, review project deliverables, and support solutioning, demonstrations, scoping, and pre-sales activities.

Required Qualifications

n

n
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM configuration experience.
n
- Experience leading at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
n
- Broad functional expertise across the majority of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, with deep knowledge of multiple modules.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing and configuring shared setups across Oracle HCM and cross-functional Oracle Cloud modules, including ERP, Financials, and Projects, ensuring alignment of enterprise-wide configuration, security, and business processes.
n
- Strong knowledge of enterprise structures, workforce structures, reference data, security, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
n
- Experience leading client workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
n
- Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience leading HCM workstreams and mentoring consultants within a consulting or professional-services environment.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification in one or more modules.
n
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Financials, or Project Portfolio Management.
n
- Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations.
n
- Experience with solution demonstrations, estimates, scoping, and pre-sales activities.
