Fund Manager – AIF

We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Fund Manager – AIF to lead the investment management and portfolio management activities of our Alternative Investment Funds

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute fund investment strategies
n
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across listed & unlisted markets
n
- Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligence
n
- Manage portfolio construction, allocation and performance
n
- Prepare and present investment cases to the Investment Committee
n
- Monitor portfolio risk, exposure, liquidity and returns
n
- Drive portfolio value creation and exit strategies
n
- Ensure investments remain aligned with the fund mandate and applicable SEBI regulations
n




- Contribute to investor reporting and stakeholder management
n

Requirements

n

n
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
n
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in AIF / PMS / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Investment Banking / Equity Research / Portfolio Management / Capital Markets
n
- Strong expertise in investment analysis, valuation, financial modelling and portfolio management
n
- Proven investment decision-making ability and preferably a demonstrated track record
n
- Robust understanding of listed & unlisted investments, market dynamics and risk management
