We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our growing and dynamic team at Conor.

In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business while ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will be involved in managing customer enquiries, processing and coordinating orders, handling Shopify-related tasks, and working closely with the team to keep our online operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:n

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities
n
- Manage and process orders through Shopify
n
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer support
n
- Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery-related tasks
n
- Assist with Shopify product, order, customer, and store management
n
- Handle customer issues, returns, exchanges, and order-related queries
n
- Support general e-commerce and administrative tasks
n
- Communicate effectively with customers,



suppliers, shipping partners, and team members
n
- Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions
n
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
n

Ideal Candidate:nn
- Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is required
n
- Good understanding of Shopify order management and day-to-day store operations
n
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or online retail
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
n
- Positive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with online tools, systems, and e-commerce software
n
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
n
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
