Required:

n

n
- Substantial and measurable delivery within the technical workstreams of 2 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases
n
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
n
- Willingness and ability to travel on business need; work extended hours as necessary
n

n

n

Preferred Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Current Workday Integration and Studio certification
n
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using at least 2 of the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
n
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting 3rd party coding
n




- Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
n
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
n
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
n
- Robust analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
n
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
n
- Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, Ultra Edit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
