Qualifications

n

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

n

n
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with robust exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
n
- experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery
n
- Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
n
- Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
n
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
n
- Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
n
- Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT,



including defect management and retesting.
n
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
n
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.
n

Good to have:

- Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.
n
- Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.
n
- Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/Service Now-type systems.
n
- Familiarity with collective agreement–driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).
n
- SAP HCM functional certification.
