Company Description NeetiX Tech builds full-stack lending infrastructure for NBFCs, fintech startups, and digital lenders across India. The company focuses on delivering production-ready systems that handle underwriting, banking data analysis, loan origination and management, collections, and marketing funnels on a single configurable stack. NeetiX’s platforms embed compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and related regulatory requirements directly into the code, helping clients scale from launch to high disbursement volumes with controlled risk.

The team has deployed this infrastructure across multiple live NBFCs and lending models, enabling rapid growth without vendor lock-in and ensuring that clients retain ownership of their IP, data, and borrower relationships.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Software

Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services that power NeetiX’s lending infrastructure products, including rule engines, data parsers, and loan lifecycle workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing clean, scalable code; integrating with third-party APIs and banking data sources; optimizing performance and reliability; and collaborating with product, risk,



and operations teams to translate lending requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to architecture and design discussions, writing tests and documentation, and supporting production deployments and troubleshooting as systems scale.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably in up-to-date backend languages and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
- Comfort working with financial or transactional systems, with attention to reliability, security, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
