About the Role: We are looking for a highly energetic, camera-friendly Social Media & Content Intern to be the face and voice of our coworking spaces. You won't just be sitting behind a desk - you will be our "boots on the ground," traveling across our Gurgaon and Delhi centres to capture the daily vibe, interact with our community, and ensure our social media calendar stays active and engaging.

If you live on Instagram/LinkedIn, know how to shoot a outstanding Reel, and are highly organized when it comes to publishing content, this is your launchpad.

What You Will Do (Your Core Responsibilities):

- Shoot & Act (Content Production): Be the face of the brand. You will act in relatable office skits, shoot aesthetic B-roll (workspace ASMR, architectural details), and participate in our fortnightly batch-shooting sessions.
- Gather "Floor Intelligence": Walk the floor and build relationships with our members. Find out what they are working on, spot interesting founder stories, and capture raw, organic moments that showcase our vibrant community.
- Publish & Manage the Calendar: Take ownership of getting content live. You will handle the posting of ~3 feed posts a week and daily Stories, ensuring they go out at optimal times.
- Copywriting: Write engaging, conversational captions in English and Hinglish that match our brand tone and encourage comments.
- Basic Engagement: Reply to standard comments on your published posts to keep the conversation going.





What You WON’T Be Expected to Do (How We Support You):

- Heavy Graphic Design: You won't be bogged down creating complex, multi-slide Canva carousels or infographics.
- Sales & Lead Conversion: You aren't responsible for turning DM engagements into closed sales or running automated WhatsApp loops.
- Paid Ads: You won't be managing the paid media budget.

Who You Are (Requirements):

- Camera Confident: You are entirely comfortable speaking to a camera and acting in short-form video content.
- Mobile Video Native: You know your way around a phone camera, Instagram Reels, and basic mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or native IG editor).
- Organized Publisher: You have the discipline to stick to a posting schedule, double-check your captions for typos, and ensure content goes live when it is supposed to.
- Extroverted & Curious: You find it easy to walk up to a stranger in a coworking space, introduce yourself, and ask them about their day.
- Willing to Travel: You are comfortable commuting between our various centres in Gurgaon and Delhi to capture diverse content when required.
