Role Description The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul) role is a full-time in office role located in Gurgaon. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings,



and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for long-haul & short haul destinations (Europe, Japan, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Dubai).
- Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
- Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Represent company values while speaking to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
