We focus on understanding customer requirements, creating suitable travel packages, managing bookings, and providing a smooth travel experience through strong coordination between our Sales & Operations teams.

? Role: Travel ConsultantWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our Sales & Travel Consulting team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing customized packages and quotations, following up with customers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

? Key Responsibilities• Manage assigned leads and initiate customer contact as per the daily sales plan.

- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, number of passengers, hotel category, inclusions, and preferences.
- Prepare customized domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare and share quotations with accurate itineraries, hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and pricing.
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate follow-up information in the CRM.




- Handle customer requests related to package modifications, availability, pricing, and approved discounts.
- Collect required documents and booking details from customers.
- Generate and share payment links and assist customers with the payment process.
- Maintain accurate booking and payment records.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers, costing, and confirmations.
- Share booking confirmations, tickets, invoices, and other required documents with customers.
- Maintain complete and updated customer and booking records in the CRM.
- Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets.

? Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Experience in Travel Sales, Tours & Travels, Travel Consulting, Customer Service, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel processes is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in customer handling and sales follow-ups will be preferred.

- Attention to detail in customer, booking, and payment information.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
