Serenity By Sadhana is an interior design and architecture firm established in June 2022. What began as a one-person practice has grown into a collaborative team working across residential and commercial projects in Chennai.

We take up turnkey design and execution projects, creating thoughtful, functional and customised spaces. Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven and rooted in clear design thinking, with a solid focus on quality and craft.

The Role

n

We're looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our studio and work closely with our design team across ongoing projects.

n

You'll be involved in:

n

n
- Concept development and space planning
n
- Working drawings and detailing
n
- 3D modelling and presentations
n
- Material research and selections
n
- BOQs and project documentation
n
- Client, consultant and contractor coordination
n
- Site visits and execution follow-ups
n




- Ensuring design intent and quality are maintained on site
n

n

Since we handle both design and execution, you'll get hands-on exposure to the entire process—from concept to site.

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / related field
n
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
n
- Photoshop knowledge; Revit is a plus
n
- Understanding of materials, detailing and construction
n
- Good design and spatial sense
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Good communication and coordination skills
n
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
n

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
