Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Develop backend features using Ruby 3.3.x and Ruby on Rails 8.x.
- Build modern and responsive frontend applications using React and Redux.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
- Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for current features and technologies.
- Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and development activities.
- Conduct and participate in peer code reviews as part of the SDLC and change management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow software engineering best practices related to coding, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, React.js, and Redux.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience developing automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, normalization, and ORM concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
