Qualification: B.E/B. Tech+ MBA

Certificate: PMP or Prince 2 Certified

n

Experience: 10+ Years after education

n

Notice: Immediate/15 Days

Onsite Location: Bhopal

Roles and responsibilities:

n

Project Manager of Data Center:

n

n
- In charge of the entire O&M; Process
n
- Single Point of Contact for Govt. for all interactions regarding Datacenter
n
- In charge of OEM Escalation and ensuring that spares and services are available On-Demand
n
- Would head the weekly in-house review meetings
n
- In charge of Overall Site Infrastructure (both IT and non-IT)
n
- Manpower lead for the project
n
- Would approve Major Change Requests and Reports before submission to Govt. for approval
n
- Would take on the role of Physical Security Manager and IT Security Policy enforcer for the
n
- The Project Manager would in turn be guided by Senior Directors from SI.
n




- Would ensure Site Inventory and maintain a log of changes in DC equipment.
n

n

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data centre operations.

n

Strong understanding of Data centre technologies and infrastructure, including experience in:

n

n
- Server technologies
n
- Storage systems
n
- Database management
n
- Operating systems – Redhat/Windows/etc.
n
- Network architecture
n
- Virtualization technologies – Redhat/VMWare/etc.
n
- Cloud computing platforms
n
- Cybersecurity practices
n
- Non-IT infrastructure (e.g., power, cooling, physical security)
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
n
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
