Overview:

Responsible for enhancements of Sailpoint workflows, impact analysis for development on new integrations, IIQ configuration reviews and customizations, configurations of custom reports, and identity data clean up.

- Good with Java 7/10 & Bean shell 5/10

Specific responsibilities include:

n

• Understand the business needs or enhancements for IIQ workflow.

n

• Work on recent feature enhancements by understanding the business objectives, compliance needs,

n

and user expectations

n

• Developing Workflow, customizing existing workflow

n

• Any customization to the OOTB functionality of the Sail Point Tool on need basis approved by

n

PG&E.;

n

• Performing Feasibility & Impact Analysis for development on new integrations

n

• Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations

n





• Analyze the existing configurations/setup to assess the impact of changes on existing

n

functionalities

n

• Any environment/server setup for application onboarding approved.

n

• Identity data cleanup as required and approved.

n

• Implement or update any custom rules or scripts based on the business requirements.

n

• Configuration of Custom Reports.

n

• Creating Firewall request and follow up in environment.

n

• Reaching out to developer / SME for information.

n

• Perform Unit testing and support UAT before deployment of changes

n

• Plan production deployment with change management team

n

• Create appropriate documentation as applicable

n

• Escalate issues to management appropriately.

n
