Job Title: Workday Consultant

Work Location: Mumbai, MH

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Description:

n

n
- The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months.
n
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Core HCM, Advantages, Compensation,
n
- Modify Calc fields, reports, conditions rules and Absence plans as needed for retrofitting needed for project
n
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
n
- Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.
n
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
n

Your Qualifications

n

n
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical contractor
n
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
n
- Verify familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes.
n
- Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and able to pick up fast in a quick delivery projects.
n
- Experience in a support team environment, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
n
- Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
n
- Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate validation under tight deadlines
