The Manager– Project Execution is responsible for end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on project planning, team leadership, coordination with stakeholders, cost and risk control and ensuring smooth execution from mobilization to completion.

1. Project Planning & Execution

· Execute projects from start to finish in line with approved scope, schedule, and execution plans.

· Develop detailed project work plans and revise them as required during execution.

· Ensure construction activities progress as per predetermined schedules.

2. Budget, Cost & Cash Flow Control

· Plan project-wise cash flow and fund requirements and provide advance inputs to management.

· Track project expenses, control costs, and minimize financial exposure and risks.

· Ensure adherence to approved budgets and cost benchmarks.

3. Team Formation & Leadership

· Build project teams, define roles, responsibilities, and objectives for each member.

· Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve project targets.

· Maintain high morale and productivity under demanding site conditions.

4. Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

· Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams.

· Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for different project phases.

· Maintain strong client relationships and goodwill.

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Reviews

· Monitor construction progress regularly and conduct periodic status review meetings.

· Track milestones, issues, and corrective actions.

· Ensure timely reporting of project status, risks, and requirements.

6. Quality, Safety & Risk Management

· Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

· Identify potential design, execution, and contractual risks, including disputes and claims.

· Take preventive and corrective actions to minimize project risks.

1. Project Schedule Adherence:



Achieve more than 90% milestone adherence as per approved project schedule, measured monthly.

2. Cost & Budget Control: Maintain final project cost within ±3% of approved budget, excluding approved variations.

3. Cash Flow Forecast Accuracy: Submit monthly project cash flow forecasts with more than 80% accuracy against actual expenditure.

4. Quality Compliance: Ensure zero major quality non-conformities (NCRs) and less than 5 minor NCRs per project, closed within agreed timelines.

5. Safety Performance: Achieve zero fatal accidents and zero major safety violations on assigned projects during the review period.

6. Client Billing & Certification Support: Enable 100% timely submission of client bills / certifications as per project billing cycle.

7. Stakeholder Coordination Effectiveness: Close action items arising from weekly / monthly project review meetings within agreed timelines.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

· Postgraduate degree in Construction Management will be an added advantage.

· 12 to 15 years of experience in project execution within the construction / EPC industry.

· Minimum 02 to 04 years in a role as Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager.
