- To fulfill the Health and Safety related Statutory and Legal requirement.
- To achieve goal of EHS Policy by effectively execution of its objectives.
- To develop EHS SOP get reviewed and implement as per GMP requirement.
- To Conduct PSSR, HAZOP, JSA, Risk Assessment of each and every step of operation or process.
- To Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process.
- To Provide Training and Promote health and safety awareness among all employees
- To develop/maintain the system for reporting of Hazards, Near miss and Accident/Incident by each and every employee and track CAPA & ensure 100% compliance.
- Change Control, Deviation, Breakdown, On Job Training, Document Issuance and Retrieval, TNI, Induction Training Module related work.




- To provide training to recent induction employees and refresher training as and when required,
- Prepare training calendar and Conduct Training as per schedule and un-scheduled.
- To Develop, coordinate and/or conduct Safety training programs for Promote health and safety awareness among all employees.
- To prepare training material for various EHS training and get approved from Manager.
- To Prepare task wise PPE requirement for all activities in plant.
- To Promote and ensure the compliance to use of personal protective equipment
- To compile of all EHS observation, CAPA of incidents and track for TCD.
