Job Title : Collection Executive

Experience : 1-3 years

Job Location : Pune

Core Responsibilities:

• Collect the payments from the customer of dues and previous outstanding loans via tele-calling.

• Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.

• Clever enough in talking to customers in order to follow up for the payments.

• Closely monitor and follow- up overdue accounts for timely resolutions.

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.

• Responsible for managing and maintain the 100% collections, also minimize the PAR .

Preference & Experience :

• Experience in tele collections process

• 1-3 years of Voice & Non-Voice experience in any industry, Preferred Startup/BPO/ NBFC/ Banks

• Excellent Customer Service & People Attitude

• Valuable Communications skills, Fluent English and Tamil Language is preferred.

Academic Qualifications :

• • Preferred Graduates, Experienced candidates pursuing graduation will be considered
