Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain scalable solutions on the SNOW platform including workflow automation integrations and enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement current ServiceNow solutions and enhancements

Integrate external automation toolsAPIs with ServiceNow platform

Design and manage workflows and automation using Flow Designer Workflows

Perform bug fixing troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Maintain and enhance eForms Service Catalog items

Conduct periodic reviews and optimization of forms and workflows

Ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design

Required Skills

Strong experience in ServiceNow development ITSM Catalog Workflows





Knowledge of JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Client Scripts

Experience in RESTSOAP integrations and API development

Ability to debug and resolve platformlevel issues

Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization

Tools Technologies

ServiceNow Platform ITSM Service Catalog Flow Designer

JavaScript mandatory

REST SOAP APIs

Integration tools Middleware automation tools if applicable

Git Version control preferred

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Developer

Experience with enterprise integrations and automation framework

Mandatory Skills : ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow DevOps, ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow ITSM
