Virchow Biotech Private Limited, Unit I, Gagillapur, Hyderabad is hiring a Senior Research Associate for Analytical Research & Development (Biologics).

Experience: 5 to 6 years in Biologics AR&D.; Salary will be based on the current package.

Responsibilities

Analytical method development for recombinant therapeutic proteins.

Method validation and qualification as per ICH Q2 (R2) and Q6B.

HPLC and UPLC methods including SEC, IEX, RP HPLC and peptide mapping.

CE SDS, icIEF, ELISA, SDS PAGE and Western blot.

Stability studies, forced degradation and method transfer.

Preparation of protocols and reports, and raw data review under GLP and cGMP.

Qualifications

M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Analytical or Organic Chemistry, or M.Pharm, or M.Tech Biotechnology. Ph.D in Life Sciences or Analytical Chemistry will be an added advantage.
