Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Cruise Sales / Cruise Support

Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month + performance incentives

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Handle U.S. customer cruise enquiries
n
- Recommend cruise lines, itineraries and cabin options
n
- Prepare quotations and convert leads into bookings
n
- Follow up with prospective customers
n
- Handle booking and post-booking customer support
n
- Upsell cabin upgrades, excursions and other cruise services
n
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM
n

n

Candidates with experience selling Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Celebrity, Princess, MSC, Holland America or other major cruise lines will be preferred.

n

Robust spoken English and willingness to work U.S. shifts are essential.

n

Candidates with prior experience managing a U.S. cruise sales team will be strongly preferred.
