Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Specialist – Luxury Pens to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Call and engage with online clients who visit
n
- Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchases
n
- Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendations
n
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket value
n
- Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during, and after purchase
n
- Share shipment tracking information promptly and accurately
n
- Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedback
n
- Update clients on new product launches and special offers
n
- Maintain client records and call status using CRM tools
n
- Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches
n




- Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experience
n
- Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen store

Ideal Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
n
- Confident in client interaction and persuasive selling
n
- Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about them
n
- Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus
n
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
n
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools
n
- Passionate, proactive, and willing to grow with the brand
