Job Description

The Senior Technical Consultant is a seasoned technical expert responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex cloud-based solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The Senior Technical Consultant provides technical leadership, mentors junior consultants, and ensures successful implementation while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design, development, and customization of cloud platform solutions to meet client requirements.
n
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and solution architectures.
n
- Oversee integration of cloud applications with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other technologies.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
n
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and associate consultants.
n
- Develop and review technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.
n
- Facilitate technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and client training.
n
- Participate in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation discussions.
n
- Stay current with industry trends, evolving technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
n
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, or cloud platform implementation.
n
- Deep expertise in cloud platform technologies, application development, and system integration.
n
- Strong proficiency with scripting/programming languages, APIs, and middleware tools.
n
- Demonstrated ability to design complex technical solutions and lead their delivery.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead technical discussions.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments is strongly preferred.
n
- Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
