1. Project Monitoring and Control for OPGW Project.
2. Collecting Data from field and convert the same to information for management.
3. Design of MIS and Dashboards based on Project Activities on ground.
4. Coordination with various project teams to list down their concerns and look for resolutions.
5. Management reporting in the form of excel sheets, Presentations during weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reviews.
6. To make schedule for partner governance and arrange meetings with stakeholders.
7. GAP analysis and RCA of project output w.r.t. project deliverables and targets.
8. Knowledge of PMO Tools and implementation to enhance efficiencies.
9. Self-driven and analytical approach in completing project activities.
