Overview:

We’re looking for a high-impact Strategy & Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the Founders & Leadership on M&A;, business expansion, and strategic initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to evaluate acquisitions, shape industries, and drive 0-1 innovation—fast-tracking your growth in fintech and corporate strategy.

Core Responsibilities:





· M&A; Strategy & Execution – Identify acquisition targets, lead due diligence, assess synergies, and drive deal execution.

· Market & Competitive Intelligence – Analyze fintech trends, track industry shifts, and benchmark competitors.

· New Business Building (0-1) – Identify opportunities, validate ideas, and help launch recent ventures.

· Business Optimization (1-10 Scaling) – Improve processes, optimize strategies, and accelerate growth.

· Investor & Board Engagement – Craft investor decks, board reports, and strategic memos.

· Founder-Led Strategy – Collaborate with leadership on high-impact decisions and long-term vision.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

· Skills: Strong analytical mindset, M&A; exposure, market research, and strategic execution.

· Education: BE + MBA (Tier 1-2 college) OR CA.
