This service requires responsbility that revolve around providing exceptional customer service and support related to logistics and warehouse operations. 1. Sales Support
Sending formal introductory mail & business proposals to customers. Guiding them on KYC process for registration and filing job orders, billing instructions, claiming volume incentives etc. Managing customer enquiries in the most efficient manner. Sending Customer Advisories
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset. 2. Customer Service
Initiate & maintain regular interaction with customers and always ensure that they get the best services. Effectively resolve client queries within TAT
Experience in customer service or related fields, as well as knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes, can be advantageous. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools is also beneficial for efficiently managing customer interactions and inquiries. 3. Customer database, Statistics & Reports




Updating complete customer database, Special Rate Agreements, KYC documents. Sending Customer Advisories. Support commercial team with data and customer information, which would enable sales team to drive business targets.
Overall, the role of Customer Care Operations in Logistics and Warehousing is critical in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services. 4. Customer portal and other business tools
Introducing, educating and driving customers to use business tools such as Customer portal, Website , advance seal cutting and container placement procedures to increase productivity and minimise processing time at the counter
5.Credit Control
Follow up with customers for maintaining credit discipline

• Must possess a solid work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
