As a Duty Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, balancing administrative responsibilities with genuine care for both our guests and team members.

- Ensure all Front Office Standard Operating Procedures and policies are consistently implemented across all guest interactions and team operations
- Provide warm, welcoming service to guests while maintaining our organization's brand standards and service excellence
- Lead, motivate, and provide guidance to the Front Office team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work setting
- Manage daily operational activities, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization




- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive goal achievement
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of daily operations, incidents, and team performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Conduct staff onboarding, training, and performance reviews to support team development and growth
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills in high-pressure situations
