We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis I (Asian) to join our culinary team in Ahmedabad, India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will specialize in Asian cuisine, contributing to the creation of authentic and delicious dishes that delight our customers.

- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
- Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and spice blends for Asian specialties
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and productive food preparation
- Maintain and operate various Asian kitchen equipment and utensils
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for Asian cuisine ingredients
- Contribute to menu development and suggest new Asian dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Support other kitchen areas as needed during peak hours
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in dish preparation
- Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine
