Job Title: Senior Talent Sourcer – US IT Staffing

Location: Remote (India)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Shift Timing: 6 pm to 3 am IST

Note: US IT sourcing experience is must, people with domestic/APEX/UAE or any other country apart from US experience will not be shortlisted. Should have worked on W2, 1099 and C2C Tax Terms in US Staffing Environment

About the Role

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sourcing and takes pride in identifying the right candidates.

n

This is not a traditional recruiter role . You will not be involved in calls, negotiations, or client interactions. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-quality candidates and preparing them for submission.

n

If you enjoy deep research, understanding job requirements thoroughly, and delivering clean, accurate, and well-formatted resumes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Source candidates for US IT requirements
n
- Utilize Linked In, job boards, and other sourcing tools effectively
n
- Apply solid Boolean search techniques to identify relevant profiles
n
- Should have worked on Tax Terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.
n
- Should have worked on US visas: US Citizen, Green Card (GC), H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC EAD, E2, TN Visa
n
- Review resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements
n
- Edit and format resumes to make them clear, complete, and submission-ready
n
- Verify candidate details (contact information, experience, etc.) for accuracy
n




- Maintain and update candidate records in CEIPAL ATS or any other ATS
n
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 4–6 years of experience in US IT sourcing.
n
- Strong hands-on expertise in Boolean search techniques
n
- Solid understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, cloud professionals, etc.)
n
- Experience using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
n
- Ability to thoroughly understand job requirements before sourcing
n
- High attention to detail — nothing should be missed
n

- No Domestic Indian Recruiting Experience or any other country; ONLY USA
