Your Role:

n

We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant – Prisma Access with strong hands-on experience in Prisma Access implementation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting .

n

The ideal candidate should have experience working directly on customer deployments and complex network security environments, with a strong understanding of Palo Alto technologies and SASE solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Implement, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Prisma Access solutions.
n
- Work on Global Protect, IPSec, SSL VPN, and remote-access solutions .
n
- Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, and Panorama .
n
- Handle authentication integrations such as LDAP, RADIUS, and Active Directory .
n
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) .
n
- Work on network connectivity, traffic flows, firewall rules, and security policies.
n
- Collaborate with customers, network/security teams,



and cross-functional stakeholders during deployments.
n
- Work in multi-vendor environments including Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Juniper, etc.
n
- Handle high-priority technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
n
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-base articles.
n
- Contribute to best practices and successful customer adoption of Prisma Access.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5–12 years of experience in Network Security / Cybersecurity.
n
- Hands-on experience with Prisma Access .
n
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Global Protect .
n
- Positive understanding of IPSec, SSL VPN, TCP/IP, routing, and network security .
n
- Experience with LDAP, RADIUS, AD, PKI/SSL, and authentication mechanisms .
n
- Experience with Panorama and Palo Alto security policies.
n
- Exposure to SASE / ZTNA solutions such as Zscaler or Netskope is a plus.
n
- Experience working with multi-vendor technologies such as Cisco, Check Point, Juniper, and Fortinet .
n
- Exposure to AWS/Azure, Linux, Python/Bash is an added advantage.
n
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, customer-facing, and communication skills.
n

- Strong implementation/deployment experience rather than purely BAU/operations support.

- Ability to independently handle customer-facing technical engagements.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in customer-driven shifts, including night shifts when required .
