CA Gen Engineer or Architect with strong hands-on experience in CA Gen /

Broadcom Gen / COOL .

n

n

n

Must Have:

n

5+ years of hands-on CA Gen / Broadcom Gen / COOL

n

Strong understanding of CA Gen runtime framework & model internals

n

Hands-on experience analyzing CA Gen-generated COBOL code

n

5+ years of COBOL development

n

Proven experience successfully migrating or modernizing CA Gen applications

n

Robust legacy application modernization experience

n

n

Nice to Have:

n

Java, C#/.NET, AWS, mainframe modernization, or cloud migration experience.
