Role:-ArchiCAD Drafting Specialist (Australian Exp only)

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential ArchiCAD Drafting Specialist to prepare high-quality residential architectural drawings. The ideal candidate will convert design concepts into accurate working drawings while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and collaborating closely with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed residential architectural drawings using ArchiCAD
n
- Convert design concepts into precise and accurate working drawings
n
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian residential building standards and codes
n
- Coordinate with the design team to incorporate feedback, updates, and revisions
n
- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and timely project delivery
n




- Organize and manage project documentation through backend systems such as Share Point
n
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding project progress and updates.

Required Knowledge & Skills

n

- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD for residential drafting
n
- Solid understanding of Australian residential building codes and standards
n
- Ability to produce detailed construction documentation and architectural detailing
n
- High attention to detail with strong coordination skills
n
- Experience working in collaborative design environments
n
- Good communication skills and responsiveness in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting Australian residential projects
n
- Knowledge of documentation workflows and BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Important Notes

- Strong communication and responsiveness are essential

- Experience working with Share Point or similar backend documentation systems is beneficial

- Hands-on expertise in ArchiCAD is required
