We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Marketplace to lead marketplace operations, drive business growth, and strengthen the overall seller and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead marketplace strategy, operations, and governance
n
- Drive catalog, quality, production, and process excellence
n
- Build and empower a strong seller ecosystem
n
- Manage vendors and strategic external partnerships
n
- Collaborate with Business, Product & Technology teams
n
- Analyze marketplace KPIs and identify growth opportunities
n




- Drive process improvements and scalable operational frameworks
n
- Lead and mentor marketplace teams
n

Ideal Candidate:

n

10–15 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, operations, or high-growth supply chain environments, with solid analytical, strategic, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
