Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive - Automation & Innovation supports the implementation of Automation & Innovation (A&I;) projects at the plant level. This includes identifying shop-floor opportunities, collaborating with Regional and Plant stakeholders, preparing project plans, and overseeing project execution to achieve desired objectives.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and execution of plant-level A&I; projects. Finding A&I; opportunities in operation and ensure clear communication with Central A&I; team.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and realization of objectives.

1. Conduct technical audits, monitor progress, and prepare MIS reports and updates.

1. Project commissioning and further improvements with necessary documentation.

Education

Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical &

• Electronics Engineering or any other relevant field

Experience

4 to 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance, engineering design, and automation projects
