Peppergami Food Labs Pvt. Ltd. owns MAS Foods, an established food brand with a growing offline distribution footprint across South India. We are strengthening our field sales organisation to support disciplined, sustainable growth in Tamil Nadu.

The role:

The Senior ASM will be responsible for the entire Tamil Nadu region — not a layer of state leadership, but a hands-on, on-ground charge covering all markets, distributors and the field team across the state. This is an execution-first role for someone who wants to run a full region personally rather than manage through additional layers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own primary and secondary sales delivery for the entire Tamil Nadu region.
- Manage and directly coach the field sales team (Sales Officers / TSIs) across all territories in the state.
- Build and strengthen distributor relationships — coverage, service levels, stock health and commercial discipline.
- Drive productive distribution, outlet throughput, range selling and on-shelf availability.




- Identify and act on growth opportunities in underdeveloped and new markets within the state.
- Track and review primary/secondary sales, stock ageing, collections and claims on a regular cadence.
- Execute trade schemes and activities with clear commercial rationale and follow-through.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to convert plans into market action.

Who are we looking for?

If you have been in an ASM role and wants to take in more responsibilities and regions, then this is the role for you!

- 6–9 years in FMCG field sales, with proven ownership of a full territory or region.
- Solid working knowledge of Tamil Nadu's general trade and distributor landscape; fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English.
- Hands-on, on-the-ground operator — comfortable being in market most of the time rather than running the business remotely.
- Track record of growing distribution or turning around a weak territory, not just maintaining an existing one.
- Graduate degree required.
