- Solid experience in managing and administering HCL Domino servers in enterprise environments. Candidate should be capable of handling server configuration, upgrades, patching, health monitoring, and issue resolution independently

- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Lotus Notes client issues, mail delivery failures, replication problems, mailbox access issues, and user account administration. Experience supporting large user populations is preferred.

- In-depth understanding of Domino mail routing, replication architecture, server clustering, and high availability configurations.
Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across distributed environments

- Experience in handling ID files, certificates, ACL management, internet passwords, LDAP integration, authentication mechanisms, and messaging security controls. Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements is desirable

- Ability to perform L3 support activities including root cause analysis, incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation. Experience working within ITIL-aligned support processes is required
