Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to generate qualified meetings within the US healthcare market. The role requires strong outbound calling experience, confident executive-level communication, and the ability to independently manage prospecting through appointment closure.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct outbound calls to US healthcare organizations.
n
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales leadership team.
n
- Identify and engage C-level, IT, Operations, Digital Transformation, and Innovation leaders.
n
- Research hospitals, health systems, physician groups, payers, and healthcare technology companies.
n
- Use calling, email, and LinkedIn for multichannel outreach.
n
- Qualify prospects based on business need, authority, relevance, and opportunity.
n
- Handle objections and follow up consistently to secure meetings.
n
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
n
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline generation.

Required Experience

n

n
- 3 - 5 years in US appointment setting, lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales.
n
- Proven experience in US outbound calling and healthcare appointment generation.
n
- Strong spoken and written English.
n
- Experience engaging senior healthcare decision-makers.
n
- Strong research, qualification, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
n
- Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools.
n
- Comfortable working during US Eastern Time.
n
