- Control Quality: Check finished goods to reduce defects and waste.

- Maintain Safety: Enforce workplace safety rules and proper gear use.

- Manage Equipment: Track machine performance and report repair needs quickly.

- Report Progress: Log output numbers, downtime, and labor hours for managers.

Requirements and Skills
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years working in a factory or plant setting.
