As a Manager – ENOVIA PLM Solution / Technical Architect you will lead teams within our Operations practice, focusing on product development and manufacturing. You will be responsible for driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, and independently solving complex problems to deliver exceptional results. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and strategically plan and execute projects. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding professional standards, all while articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional leadership for the ENOVIA 3DX implementation, owning the solution architecture, data model, and integration blueprint end to end. In addition to technical ownership, this role carries delivery accountability across the ENOVIA workstream — managing timelines, quality, and risk — along with direct client/stakeholder engagement and people leadership for a team of Associate and Senior Associate developers.





- Define the ENOVIA solution architecture, data model, and configuration strategy.
- Translate functional PLM requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Govern 3DX customization standards and integration patterns.
- Own the design, sizing, and configuration of the Exalead/3DSearch indexing tier to support enterprise-scale search and dashboard performance.
- Lead design reviews, and mentor and guide Associate and Senior Associate developers.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the ENOVIA workstream, including timeline, quality, and risk management across the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client/stakeholder discussions, translating business priorities into architectural decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of technical resources, including performance oversight, staffing inputs, and career mentorship.
- Partner with project/program leadership to align architecture decisions with broader project milestones and cross-team dependencies.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Technical: MQL, TCL, JPOs (Core Java/J2EE), Spinner, widget development, UI3, DMC, search configuration, RDF 6W tags, REST web services; Exalead/CloudView administration, index/query server configuration.
- Interpersonal: Collaboration across cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing. Team leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Analytical: Structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Delivery ownership, client management, and cross-functional program alignment.

- 12+ years of experience in ENOVIA/3DX, spanning both functional and deep technical delivery.
- Proficiency in designing solutions for Part/BOM management, CAD/Document management,



eBOM-to-MBOM transformation, and ENOVIA Change Management (both legacy 2015x and latest 2025/26x processes).
- Experience managing multi-CAD PLM environments, with proficiency in CATIA, NX, and AutoCAD.
- Expertise configuring and managing Exalead servers and Exalead indexing for large-scale ENOVIA implementations, including infrastructure architecture ownership.
- Proven architecture ownership of PLM implementations and integrations.
- Experience in heavy-duty manufacturing or industrial sectors, managing large-scale PLM migrations; automotive sector experience is a plus.
- Expertise mapping legacy ENOVIA data models to the latest ENOVIA versions, including UPS and VPM references.
- Expertise managing native and non-native CAD integrations within ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE, using third-party connectors and Power'By.
- Hands-on experience with Power'By solutions.
- Experience managing complex PLM architectures with integrations across cross-network, multi-tenant, multi-cloud environments.
- Expertise in multi-regime export control laws and implement them within PLM security contexts.
- Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud architecture — networking, IAM, security, compute, storage, monitoring, and HA/DR patterns — to design hybrid/multi-cloud 3DEXPERIENCE landscapes (required).
- Prior experience leading or managing a technical team, with direct or indirect people-management responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and communicating technical strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
