Hello Everyone,

We are looking for a skilled SmartRecruiters Architect who can take ownership of solution architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of SmartRecruiters platforms. The candidate should have solid expertise in designing recruitment technology solutions, integrating SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR applications, and delivering effective talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the architecture and design of SmartRecruiters solutions across implementation and rollout projects.
- Engage with stakeholders through discovery and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Convert business and recruitment requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Design integrations between SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, and external HR applications.
- Design recruiting workflows, approvals, career sites, candidate journeys, and recruitment reporting.
- Establish appropriate approaches for data migration, security, and data governance.
- Provide technical guidance throughout configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, business users, and technical project teams.
- Support solution consulting and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Overall 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–6 years of hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and rollout experience.
- SAP certification is mandatory in SmartRecruiters Recruitment Management / Recruitment Marketing.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Position Management, Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) integrations will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation,



facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Technical Expertise

- SmartRecruiters Architecture and Solution Design.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Process Transformation.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) configuration.
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
- Recruitment workflow and approval configuration.
- Career site development and candidate experience optimization.
- SmartRecruiters AI features, including Winston Companion, Winston Match, and Candidate Messaging.

Integration & Platform Skills

- SmartRecruiters integration architecture.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- HRIS and enterprise HR architecture.
- REST APIs and Web Services.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Data migration and governance.
- Enterprise integration patterns and architecture.
- Integration experience with Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireRight, and DocuSign.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SmartRecruiters configuration and solution architecture.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
- Practical experience integrating SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Onboarding.
- Understanding of APIs, SSO, data migration, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- SmartRecruiters certification and/or SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors Academy credentials.
- Experience handling large-scale/high-volume recruitment environments.
- Exposure to multi-country and multi-brand SmartRecruiters rollouts.
- Understanding of the SmartRecruiters Marketplace ecosystem.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / RMK certifications such as CTHR83 / CTHR84 would be an added advantage.
