### Location: Gurgaon

### Position: Business Development Executive

n

### Eligibility:

n

Minimum *12th Pass*

n

Previous experience in *Commercial Real Estate* is mandatory

n

Strong communication and networking skills

n

Ability to generate and manage business leads

n

Experience in client acquisition and business development

n

Knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR commercial real estate market will be preferred

n

### Key Responsibilities:

n

Generate quality leads for commercial real estate opportunities

n

Identify companies looking for *office spaces, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial properties*

n

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

n





Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities

n

Coordinate with clients and the Realty Booth team to convert leads into business

n
