Job Summary

The AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our organization who possess strong Revit and

n

CAD skills. Architects should have 3-5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/

n

engineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate in

n

the final QA/QC process on international projects.

n

Essential Duties/ Role and Responsibilities

n

Drawing Production:

n

• Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction

n

Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owner's expectations (Internal and external).

n

• Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and

n

methods.

n

- Quality Assurance
n
- Able to follow company's internal SoPs, client specific CAD/ BIM templates and implement
n

n

Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction

n

documents.

n

Team Working:

n

• Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/

n





Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting

n

protocols.

n

n
- Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.
n
- Expertise:
n
- Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.
n

n

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

n

n
- Valuable understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.
n
- Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.
n
- Good understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.
n
- Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses.
n
- Good written and spoken English is required.
n

Preferred Education and Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
n
- Experience in design and documentation of Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering projects New construction and renovation.
