About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – IT Staff Augmentation who is a hard-working, target-driven salesperson with a strong understanding of client acquisition, account management, and IT staffing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, generating business, following up relentlessly, closing opportunities, and growing accounts .
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, Recruitment Solutions, B2B Technology Services, or related sales/business development , with a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue.

If you are someone who is comfortable with targets, sales conversations, negotiations, follow-ups, client meetings, and converting opportunities into business , this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Account Growth




- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and requirements.
- Understand client business needs, hiring plans, technology requirements, and workforce challenges.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, and repeat business .
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews to identify current opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and develop clients into long-term business partners.

Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, existing connections, and direct prospecting .
