Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, online channels and local networking- Meet customers and understand their requirements- Conduct product/service demonstrations- Convert qualified leads into customers- Build relationships with organisations, healthcare institutions, service providers and community groups- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings- Coordinate customer onboarding with the internal team- Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate sales records- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets? Requirements- 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Healthcare Services / Medical Devices / Consumer Technology / Home Automation / SaaS / Telecom or similar industries- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Comfortable with customer meetings and travelling within Bengaluru- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred- Kannada & English communication preferred?
